Since the beginning of year of KGBU "Directorate on Protection of Objects of Fauna and OOPT" operating including with assistance of the Amur Tiger Center, 1153 raids have been conducted. As a result of which 319 protocols on offenses in the field of hunting have been made, 54 units of the unregistered firearms are confiscated (14 from which with a rifle barrel), 27 carcasses of illegally got hoofed animals are withdrawn.
On the facts of the revealed violations three criminal cases under articles 258 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal hunting" and 318 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Use of violence to the authority" are opened. Attack on the staff of task forces isn't a rare event, nevertheless each such case deserves special attention. In spite of the fact that inspectors explain at once that article 318 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation threatens with imprisonment for a period of up to ten years, it is possible "to smooth" the conflict not always, even to the skilled employees.
"We worked in Hasansky district. Have suspected wrong when have heard that many ducks grunt in one place, and shots it wasn't heard. It became clear that the electronic decoy forbidden for application during hunting works, - the inspector of KGBU "Directorate on Protection of Objects of Fauna and OOPT" Anatoly Belov remembers. – The hunter hasn't shown resistance at once: it was presented, I have shown documents which, by the way, were as it should be. But, when we have begun to take away an electronic decoy, the behavior of the citizen has changed – he has begun to pull out weapon from hands. I don't know how he hasn't shot, weapon in hands was serious! Generally, I showed serious resistance. And then I have thrown out cartridges and still some device to the lake".
The grief – the hunter, but not on long was succeeded "to calm". Having lulled into a false sense of security the inspector, having agreed with his charges, the violator has grabbed an electronic decoy and has rushed to run to the car where, with words: "It is a private property" - I have taken cover (having blocked doors) before arrival of police. In general, detention lasted almost all day (from 9:00 till 17:00). As a result, the violator is threatened by punishment under article 8.37 CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES and p.1 article 318 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
"The possibility of awarding of inspectors allows us not only to increase efficiency of their work, but also to objectively estimate their activity. So to speak, to look from outside. Certainly, there are problems, but we see how to eliminate them. Potential for increase in overall performance of task forces is also to us pleasantly that of a quarter by a quarter he gradually is implemented, – the director of the Far East Amur Tiger Center Department Sergey Aramilev comments. – It would be desirable to draw the attention of violators that the efficiency of interaction of divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a hunting control has significantly increased. Now all statements which have arrived from inspectors quickly are considered and on them criminal cases which are investigated quickly enough are brought and on them pronounce convictions. Therefore, it is worth thinking well before committing crimes against the nature or her faces protecting".
We will remind that all in KGBU "Directorate on Protection of Objects of Fauna" 10 task forces on two-three inspectors in everyone work. Groups are rigidly not assigned to certain areas of Primorsky Krai, carrying out patrol on all area of a tiger. The main objective of inspectors – to provide an order in hunting grounds, and these are 80% of an area of the Amur tiger. For this reason their activity actively supports the Amur Tiger Center. Following the results of the first quarter, the total amount of monetary encouragement was 400 thousand rubles. We will remind that awarding of inspectors of task forces of Service of a hunting control in Primorsky Krai is carried out since January, 2014. Then the agreement on mutual cooperation between the center and KGBU "Directorate on Protection of Objects of Fauna and OOPT" of Primorsky Krai has been signed.

Part 1 of article 318 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Use of violence, not life-threatening either health, or the threat of use of violence to the authority or his relatives in connection with execution of the functions by him" can entail punishment in the form of "a penalty at the rate to two hundred thousand rubles or at a rate of the salary or other income of the convict for the period to eighteen months, or forced labor for a period of up to five years, or arrest for a period of up to six months, or imprisonment for a period of up to five years".
